Behaviour Mentoring

At High Five Education, we offer bespoke behaviour mentoring for children who need additional support beyond the classroom. Whether it’s delivered 1:1 or in small groups, our sessions are designed to help pupils develop self-regulation, confidence, resilience, and stronger relationships with peers and staff.

Our mentors are experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in education, behaviour support, and pastoral care. All staff are trained in trauma-informed practice and understand the importance of building safe, positive relationships with young people.

We offer:

  • Flexible programmes tailored to the individual needs of the student and the priorities of the school.

  • A structured mentoring pathway developed by High Five Education, which can be adapted to reflect your school’s policies, ethos, or behaviour framework.

  • Regular feedback after each session, so progress can be tracked and support adjusted as needed.

Our support is ideal for:

  • Children at risk of exclusion

  • Students facing challenges with behaviour or attendance

  • Pupils with SEMH needs

  • Those who need help managing emotions, building confidence, or re-engaging with learning

We aim to work in partnership with schools, offering professional, dependable support that fits seamlessly into your wider pastoral approach.

Let’s work together to help every young person feel seen, supported, and ready to succeed.
